Boo Boo Bags were made...well for me to be honest. Since my surgery, I have needed to get away from icing my knee so much, but need some heat for my sore muscles. These have been a life saver!
Pop your bag in the microwave for 30 seconds to 45 seconds and you have a great heat pack! You can also put these in the freezer to make an ice pack!
Small is perfect for the littles, or smaller areas, such as an elbow, knee, or ankle. These are also AMAZING to heat up and send with your little ones to bed! The heat will sooth them (and give those hands something to tinker with) and the ones that include lavender will help them fall asleep!
