Boo Boo Bag - Large WITH Lavender

Boo Boo Bags were made...well for me to be honest. Since my surgery, I have needed to get away from icing my knee so much, but need some heat for my sore muscles. These have been a life saver!

Pop your bag in the microwave for 30 seconds to 45 seconds and you have a great heat pack! You can also put these in the freezer to make an ice pack! This one is large, and is great for your back, shoulders, tummy (works wonders for period cramps!) and more!
